Meet the farm dogs
Harper
Harper was the first dog to join us on Nicolstoke farm. She is a whippet and has the very important job of finding and rolling in dead things as well as barking at faults in the electric fence. Her favourite things to do are run between the cows legs as fast as she can, chase kangaroos, chase a ball, go cruising in the land cruiser, and having leftover steak on steak night.
Sampson
Sampson was the second dog to join Nicolstoke Farm. He is also a whippet but is much less into farm jobs than Harper. He much prefers having cuddles and pats, snoozing, and chasing toys in the backyard. He is also considered the bravest Nicolstoke dog as he is the only one that will swim out into the sea water to retrieve a ball on beach walks.
Freya
Freya has only recently joined Nicolstoke Farm. She is a borzoi x husky and is not very keen on farm work at all. She got zapped by the electric fence and now is pretty reluctant to leave the comfort of the house and house paddock. Her favourite things to do are annoy the two whippets, play tugs, bark at phantom noises at night, visit her cousins and go to puppy play in Wollongong, and go for beach walks to meet other dogs. Our young Salers heifer Tooloola is her favourite at the moment.
